Am looking to pack the weed in! struggle to sleep!?

mentally ive just about cracked it, been going to the gym to make myself tired at night, but thats not working now. any ideas to get to sleep??

Why don't you try autogenous training? That's imagining a very peaceful scene, like walking thru the woods, or flying in a balloon over a beautiful land side, or picking flowers in a secret garden. Every time you want to sleep, you go thru the same sequence. Also relax all the muscles in your body, one by one, starting with your feet. You really must feel how your legs and arms get heavier as you relax the muscles. Remove all worries from your mind (you can't do anything about them anyhow right this moment). Before going to bed you may drink some chamomile-tea with honey. Listen to soothing music, always the same themes. And most important of all: don't worry about not being able to sleep. If you get nervous, sleep never will come.
good for you ! have you tried any herbal remedies from the chemist ?( pardon the pun ! ) what about reading a good book ?
