didnt go to school because i didnt feel good on tuesday with a wierd feeling stomache and dizzy wehn i stood up but felt fine the next day other then stomache still feeling funny, and i started getting full faster.Today i had 2 capri suns and have peed wayy to much. Stomache seems to be sticking out more too today.its not extreme pain but constantly there, especailly if i suck my stomache in i can also feel pain in my left back

my first advice will be to see your doc.now where exactly is the pain situated, which area??most probably it may be due to peptic ulcer or acidity. but in order to avoid complications and prompt diagnosis and relief it is better if u go and see ur doc ASAP.
