About1 Year ago I ruptured/tore my Bicep tendon, I had it surgically repaired. How strong is it?

I want to get back into weight training but am nervous about going too heavy and injuring my arm again.
Answer:
start very light and work your way up. you may have to start at 5-10 pounds again bummer. but it is the only safe way to do it. and don't do to reps and sets at a time. its going to take time. don't rush it will just tear again if it is pushed to much.
